We here at Hope @ Miracle House are aware of the sensitivity of personal information. It is our policy to never share any of the information about our volunteers, donors, or other affiliated individuals or organizations outside of ours. Any information gathered will be used for Hope @ Miracle House’s purposes only, unless you request otherwise. We may store personal data itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents or service providers. We do not store any credit card information on our office computers and ensure that our internet connection is secure when we access the databases maintained by our affiliates. We currently use two online affiliates to collect donations, and electronic mailing.
MailChimp
We use MailChimp for our electronic mailing campaigns and newsletters. MailChimp has TRUSTe’s Privacy Seal, which means this privacy policy has been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with their program requirements, including transparency, accountability, and choice related to the collection and use of your Personal Information. Your subscriber lists are stored on a secure MailChimp server. MailChimp will never share your personal information unless it’s required by law. If you contact MailChimp for complaints, they may then contact you in response. You can stop receiving Hope @ Miracle House’s emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every email in compliance with the CAN SPAM Act. Colorado Gives

PayPal
We sometimes use PayPal to securely obtain monetary donations. The donate link goes directly to the PayPal server. PayPal is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. They use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, enforce physical access controls to their buildings and files, and they authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities. Use of Cookies
